Microphone input not work in Windows guest on Mac OS X host

Description

I can't launch any sound recording application (e.g. Skype) with properly working audio input microphone. Skype in Mac OS X work normally, sound output in Windows XP guest work normally but microphone in Windows XP guest still not work. I have tried Sound Blaster and AC7 settings but nothing happens.
